LOOMMOOL Return Policy

1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Eligible and Non eligible products both are marked in the product description area.

2. The Loommool Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, customer has to send the courier to us, once received the amount will be credited into customers account as store credit points

3.In case of Reverse logistics customer has to send a scanned copy of the Courier Bill with tracking Number ,once the shipment is received at our New Delhi Office we will add this amount into customers account as store credit points.

4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.

5. In case of refund, the same shall be done on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges paid by the customer will also be refunded .
